Memosoft has recently invested in a brand-new RFID-based timing system, strengthening its technological capacity for delivering accurate and professional results at large-scale canoeing competitions. The investment includes the acquisition of all necessary hardware as well as the full development of proprietary software, enabling the system to manage up to 500 RFID tags simultaneously.
Designed specifically for mass-start events, where dozens of athletes may cross the finish line at the same moment, the new solution significantly improves reliability, precision, and real-time results delivery.
This upgrade represents an important step forward in ensuring fair competition and enhanced experiences for both athletes and event organizers.
The new timing system will be deployed in upcoming long-distance SUP and Ocean Racing competitions, with the potential to be expanded to other disciplines in the future as Memosoft continues to innovate and support the growth of paddle sports through advanced technology.
